Search and rescue runs are the centre of the programme: a coordinator with a search plan, a boat with a crew, and a log that records everything that happened.
On scene coordinator
Runs the search plan, assigns sectors, keeps the log.
Coxswain
Handles the boat, calls approaches, owns crew safety.
Deck crew
Recovery, first aid, line work and lookout duties.

Radio discipline, position reports and handover to shore.

Credential note
Simulator time does not count as Coast Guard sea service and FGN does not issue credentials. FGN work orders are pre training and refresher practice mapped to real frameworks.
